The Body Corporate can agree to include additional service points, such as the basement, roof, carpark, or common areas. These allow internet access for future common area services, such as security and access control, solar power and battery monitoring, water usage management, and video surveillance. Such connections also enable a greater level of automated service for building maintenance.
