When you create a booking using the QR code or link provided by your Body Corporate or Strata’s email, an email confirmation from our booking system Colobbo will be sent to the email address you provided. In this email, there are three links near the bottom of the email that allow you to cancel, reschedule, or edit your booking details. If you follow the relevant link, it will allow you to change your booking.
