Do all apartments/units within the building need to agree to having their nbn technology upgraded?

Yes, as this full fibre upgrade offer applies to the whole building or complex. After the Agreement has been signed with the Owners Committee/Body Corporate/Building Owner (as the owners’ representatives), all units/premises will have their existing nbn infrastructure upgraded to Fibre to the Premises (FTTP).
Costs are calculated on a per-premises basis for the total number of connections within the building or complex.
